We use these details only to understand your enquiry and reply to it. Gary Rose, Director, replies personally and aims to do so within 4 hours.

We do not sell your personal information.
05Who can see it
Only IMR ONE can see the details you send us. We also use email and website services to run this site and receive enquiries, and those services handle your details on our behalf.
06How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the details we need for our business and accounting records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
07Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. They are short-lived cookies set by the service that hosts the site, to keep your visit running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools of our own. The hosting service may collect basic statistics about how the site is used. The site also loads a small reviews display tool from an outside provider. No reviews are shown at the moment.
